GAVÀ

A German family of four (soon to be five) commissioned us to carry out this complete apartment renovation in Gava. They wanted to change their lives, leave their home in Berlin and live on the beach, next to Barcelona. We carried out the construction work during the pandemic so that the house could be completed before the children started school.

This apartment renovation in Gava is located in a building from the 70s by Francesc Mitjans, located directly on the sea and with direct views of the beach and the Mediterranean Sea. We have carried out a complete refurbishment to show the full potential of the apartment.

White on white with a natural oak floor. Light colors permeate the entire apartment and blend with the vegetation and views, creating a dialogue between indoors and outdoors.

The white kitchen is the main element of the space where the living and dining rooms are located. The kitchen articulates this unique space and opens onto the terrace, the view and the sea. When the weather is nice, the sliding windows open and blur the boundaries between inside and outside.
